Different from the traditional 1-over-1 plain weave structure, twill woven metal mesh adopts a 2/2 twill weaving technology, with weft threads crossing two warp threads in a staggered arrangement to form regular and continuous diagonal textures. The unique interweaving structure enables tighter mesh engagement and more uniform force bearing with stronger load capacity. It will not shift, bulge or deform under high-pressure fluid impact while maintaining stable aperture accuracy.
