Cleaning methods: Water rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, or chemical cleaning can be used. For stubborn stains, soak them in diluted acid-base solution and scrub them. After cleaning, it should be dried in a timely manner to avoid residual water stains.
Maintenance suggestion:
When storing, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid deformation caused by stacking.
Regularly check whether the mesh is damaged or blocked, and whether the seals are aging.
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet exceeds 1.5 times the initial value, the filter screen should be cleaned immediately.
Check the mesh with a 10x magnifying glass every month, and replace the filter if the deformation rate exceeds 15%.
